An urban resort in the heart of Batumi

Alliance Centropolis is a mixed-use complex of three towers (48, 55, and 48 storeys) on Batumi's beachfront, united by a shared podium. The project also includes the World Trade Center Batumi exhibition center, the 180-room five-star Hyatt Centric Boulevard Batumi hotel, a casino, and retail and entertainment spaces.

Apartments come as studios and one- to three-bedroom units ranging from 31 to 113 m². Construction follows a monolithic-frame technology with a seismic-resistant foundation and floor-to-ceiling glazed facades.

The complex is rising on a plot of more than 18,000 m², just 50 m from the sea. Nearby are the aquarium, dolphinarium, zoo, Batumi Mall, and Ardagani Park with its singing fountains.
